Our Process

RETAINER VS. PROJECT-BASED, AND HOW WE GET THERE

  • Bringing someone into your business is like bringing someone into your home, there needs to be a connection. Our first point of contact is all about getting to know each other so we can both see if working together is a good fit.

    In this call, I want to get to know you and your business - what makes you tick and what holds you back, what is the vision for your business that gets you out of bed each day? And I'm sure you have lots of questions for me too.

    One of my favourite things to do is get to know new people, so think of this call as going for a coffee with a new friend, no pressure or commitment.

    At the end of this call we will be in a place to know if we are aligned to work together and we will plan for the next steps.

  • We had a great chat and we agree that working together is feeling aligned and exciting.

    We will now book in a longer, more focused call to dive deeper into your business. This is where we get into the nuts and bolts of where you need support.

    We will talk about immediate needs of your business and the long term vision.

    You may be looking for support for an up and coming project or launch or you may be looking for ongoing support on a retainer basis.

    We will get clear on what it is that I will support you with and I will follow up this call with a proposal to fulfill the current needs of your business.

  • After our discovery call I will provide a recommendation on the best format for our collaboration; Retainer Packages for ongoing support or Project Packages that are focused on a specific area for a period of time.

    Retainer Packages → starting mindfully, building thoughtfully

    The initial commitment of a Retainer Package is 3 months. Within this initial time frame of working together I will be learning how you work and how your business operates, so that I can begin to refine the business systems and client journey that will help you and your business thrive.

    Ongoing Retainer Packages start at $1000/month.

    Project Packages → a detailed plan for success

    Based on our discussion on what is involved in your project, your goals, timeline, scope of work; I will draw up an agreement so that we are both clear and have a plan for success.

    Project Packages vary depending on your needs, and start at $500.
